Common cycling-related complaints include low back pain, numbness in the hands, feet, and saddle region, and pain in the neck, shoulder, hip, calf, and more. In fact, 84% of cyclists will sustain a cycling-related injury.

In this workshop you will learn specific exercises to improve your pain and function while riding, as well as some adjustments to optimize your position on the bike.
