Kevin grew up in the small town of Poulsbo, Washington, and received his B.S. in Neuroscience from Washington State University. Upon graduating, Kevin followed this path to the Allen Institute for Brain Science, where he co-authored several papers mapping pathways of the mouse brain. Kevin went on to George Fox University, in Newberg, Oregon, to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2020.

With his own history of chronic low back pain, Kevin has a particular interest in treating the complexities of chronic conditions, especially of the low back and knee. Kevin prides himself on being a cutting-edge, evidence-based clinician with emphasis on the multifaceted benefits of resistance training. He believes patients benefit most from education regarding self-management tools to provide independence and a full return to valued life experiences.

In his free time, Kevin likes to spend time playing soccer, barbell training, and hiking in beautiful Southern Oregon with his fiancée, Austyn.
