Sharin Lane was born in Redwood City, California and moved to Scottsdale, Arizona when she was eight. She went to Scottsdale Community College to study dance and science then transferred to Northern Arizona University to receive her bachelors in Exercise Science and Chemistry. While attending NAU she was president and coach of Badjacks dance club, taught dance for the university and a local middle and high school, and studied a specialized massage therapy technique.
Sharin danced in professional dance companies since she was 18 and her experiences and injuries lead her to physical therapy and a passion for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and body work. She attended NAU’s Phoenix Biomedical campus to attain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
She moved to Oregon in June 2022.
Sharin’s personal mission is to improve people’s quality of life in ways they didn’t expect through taking a holistic approach to treatment, treating each person as an individual, and reevaluating the treatment protocol regularly to optimize outcomes. She loves to connect with her patients and create a strong rapport. Her history in dance and massage lead perfectly into her career as a physical therapist.
Sharin’s goal is to help people live their lives to their fullest potential and achieve an optimum quality of life.
In her free time, Sharin loves to dance, hike, and go to any type of water. She enjoys good food, live music, and seeing all that Southern Oregon has to offer. She loves spending time with her husband, son, and two adorable dogs.
